  • GPA of 3.0 or higher

Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Science from EKU
  • G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher
  • Health Science Reasoning Test
  • 3 Letters of Recommendation
